Shipping policy

Every Angel Barocco order is gift-wrapped in our signature packaging and sent with tracking.

UK delivery

  • Free Standard Delivery (mainland UK) — estimated 3–5 working days. Tracked; no signature required.
  • Express Next Day Delivery — £10 — via Royal Mail or Evri. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are delivered the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Our warehouse is closed at weekends, so orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the next working day.

Europe

  • £14.99 via Royal Mail or Evri — estimated 2–11 working days.
  • Free delivery on orders over £200.

Rest of the world

  • £14.99 via Royal Mail or Evri — estimated 3–17 working days.
  • Free delivery on orders over £200.

Made-to-order pieces

  • Engraved and personalised items are dispatched within 5 working days of your order.
  • Pieces featuring large baroque pearls are hand-selected and set after your order is confirmed, which adds 2–3 working days before dispatch. Every baroque pearl is unique, so your piece will be truly one of a kind.

Delivery estimates for these items begin from the day they are dispatched.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on the Royal Mail or Evri website.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@angelbarocco.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Once the courier confirms delivery to your address (including a safe place or neighbour you have chosen), the parcel becomes your responsibility.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, and we do not recommend PO Boxes or parcel-forwarding addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or delivery charge.

Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.


For pieces featuring large baroque pearls, please note that each pearl is carefully hand-selected and set after your order is confirmed. This process takes 2–3 business days before dispatch. The uniqueness of every baroque pearl means your jewellery will truly be one of a kind.*

All our orders are gift-wrapped in our beautiful packaging and sent via a trackable courier, with a signature required upon receipt. We guarantee a full money-back refund within 14 days of purchase on any item, provided it is in its original condition.

To check on the status of your order, please track your shipment on the official Royal Mail UK or Evri website with the tracking number we provided after shipping.

Signed For: Please note, for ‘signed for’ deliveries, someone must be present at your chosen shipping address to receive the parcel. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card, and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

International Postal Terms: Angel Barocco cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed posts overseas. We use Royal Mail UK or Evri as our chosen courier, and, although 99% of overseas packages arrive on time, once Royal Mail UK or Evri hand over parcels to the courier in recipients’ countries, we no longer have control or responsibility over that parcel’s delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas.

UK addresses:  Angel Barocco cannot be held responsible for deliveries where a PO Box or forwarding address is supplied by a customer with their order. Angel Barocco cannot be held responsible for incorrect address input by customers. Angel Barocco is responsible for delivering your package to the correct building at the address given at checkout, but is not responsible for the security of said package thereafter. Providing the item has been delivered to the correct GPS location of the building in the address, Angel Barocco has fulfilled its duty to deliver the package.
