QUALITY MATERIALS
Quality materials make a
piece of jewellery shines bright and lasts a lifetime. For us, choosing materials that are less harmful to our planet and communities is non-negotiable. That's why we only make in 100% recycled silver and gold and use Cubic Zirconia. Through our mine-to-market programme, we strive to improve transparency on gemstone origin.
RECYCLED GOLD VERMEIL& STERLING SILVER
Vermeil is Solid Sterling Silver that has been micron-plated with 18ct. Gold. Micron plating undergoes electrolysis, making it the most durable form of gold plating. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 2.5 micrometres thick.
We use certified 925 sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver alloyed with other metals to create a highly durable material. All our silver is 100% recycled, significantly reducing emissions without sacrificing quality.
Cubic Zirconia vs Moissanite vs Lab Diamond
MOISSANITE
Moissanite jewelry has become increasingly popular in recent years, and for good reason. Not only is it affordable, but it also offers a range of benefits that make it an excellent choice for those who want to add a touch of glamour to their everyday style.
Moissanite jewelry is highly durable and affordability. Unlike real diamonds, which can cost thousands of pounds, it is a lab-created gemstone that is much less expensive to produce. This makes it an excellent option for those who want the look of a high-end gemstone without the hefty price tag. It is not easily scratched or damaged, so you can wear it confidently without worrying about it losing its shine.
Finally, Moissanite jewelry is a great choice for those who are concerned about ethical sourcing. Because it is lab-created, it does not require the mining and extraction practices that can be harmful to the environment and communities in which they take place. This makes it a more sustainable and eco-friendly option.
Cubic Zirconia vs Moissanite vs Lab Diamond
Cubic zirconia is the most affordable but least durable stone, while moissanite is more durable with greater sparkle, and lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical to natural diamonds in terms of hardness and composition, but more affordable than mined diamonds. The main differences are material composition, durability, and sparkle: lab diamonds are carbon-based like natural diamonds, while the others are simulants made of zirconium dioxide (cubic zirconia) or silicon carbide (moissanite).
Our accessories are made of S925 silver and natural freshwater pearls
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
S925 silver has a soft nature, you may experience the chain is suddenly pulled apart by external force or the needle body is easily bent, which is not a quality defect. Please try to manually reconnect the chain or gently straighten the earrings needle to restore normal wear.
S925 silver accessories which are not 18K gold vermeil may oxidize and turn black if worn or unsealed storage for a long time, but wiping with a silver cloth or alcohol pad can restore the shiny silver color.
For most people, S925 silver and 18K gold vermeil silver accessories can help prevent or reduce allergic reactions, but not everyone wearing silver earrings will be allergy-free; individuals with ensitive skin should carefully consider their purchase based on their own circumstances.
QUALITY MATERIALS
ARE OUR PEARLS REAL?
Absolutely, we use cultured or farmed pearls from oysters and freshwater mussels, carefully selected for our pieces. Pearls are sensitive in nature, so don’t forget to treat them with love.
Make sure they are the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you take off when you come home. Avoid direct contact with chemicals found in perfume or other cosmetics.
